Terms and Conditions

TERMS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Charges will be made to your credit card upon date of invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a printing error, Erling Sales & Service reserves the right to charge the correct price. Please confirm pricing with a representative in our Sales Department. Our prices do not include freight or any federal, state or local taxes.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all items for customers residing in Texas, where Erling Sales & Service is located and that do not have a tax exempt resale certificate issued by the state. If you are tax-exempt, please fax a copy of your form to (281) 260-6117.

Substitution of products of equal or superior quality (due to manufacturer problems or regional availability) may be made to improve service.

Photographs & diagrams on the websites and catalog are meant to represent our products as closely as possible. Due to continuing manufacturing changes, we cannot guarantee products shipped will exactly match the pictures shown on the websites or catalog.

All sales are final upon shipment.

SHIPPING
Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days by calling (800) 324-5000.
Orders for in-stock items will normally ship the same day or next day using UPS.


RETURNS
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt, with exception for warranty items. Returns must be received in resalable condition (new and in original package), with exception for warranty claims. All returns are freight pre-paid by the customer and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Merchandise returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned prior to shipment. Please complete the RMA form available in the orders area or obtain one by calling (800) 324-5000. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
• Invoice or Order Number
• Item Numbers
• Your Contact Information
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. All packages must be clearly marked with the RGMA Number and accompanied by a copy of the Returned Material Authorization Form. Items returned to Erling Sales & Service without proper documentation will be subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Returns caused by customer ordering errors will be charged round trip freight, and 25% restocking charge on special order items.

To submit a Return Request:

  • Log into your account or enter your Order ID (under Track my order(s))
  • Go to your list of orders
  • Select the order you would like to return
  • Click on the returns button at the top of the order info page

Orders CANCELLED after shipment subject to round trip freight charges.

WARRANTY

All equipment and parts warranties are provided by the Manufacturer.  Erling Sales & Service provides no additional warranty beyond the Manufacturer's warranty.  All warranty returns are freight pre-paid by the customer, and must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization.  Credit or replacement will be issued when goods are received, inspected and the item(s) is approved by Erling Sales & Service or once credit is received from manufacturer.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ERLING SALES & SERVICE AND THE PURCHASER, AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ERLING SALES & SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
