Petroleum Service Technician
Dallas, Texas
As an Erling Fuel Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled repairs and maintenance on equipment throughout your region. We are looking for a driven individual to maximize our efficiency while on site while also maintaining safety standards.
Remote Part Time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
As a Part Time Erling Customer Service Rep, you will be working in a fast pace high call volume environment. You will receive calls and emails every day from customers large and small that need service work performed. Our technicians have a variety of capabilities and certifications. You would need to accurately determine what problem the customer needs to have fixed, match the right technician to the right job, optimize the technicians travel route, record the work that has been completed, and provide our customers with a status of each call by the end of the day. The CSR/Dispatcher is the center of all this activity.
Retail IT Technician
Austin, Texas
As an Erling Retail IT Technician, you will be responsible for performing all configuration, support, and maintenance aspects of our IT infrastructure. Key areas of responsibility also include configuring and troubleshooting equipment, communicating with external IT counterparts and companies, and supporting Retail IT related startup tasks at customer locations.
